Here’s the deal. The National Inclusion Project fights to provide equal opportunities for kids with disabilities. My mother was a special education teacher for almost 35 years. Inclusion makes an impact for the underserved children and families who are stuck with limited recreational and social options. Donations help create inclusive programs and provides organizations with needed tools and education. Below is some pre-written stuff that explains something cool I’m doing. You’ll notice the change in writer’s voice. Getting “votes” (donations) mean a lot to these families. That’s who I’m here for.
What's happening: Over the next two months I will be learning a dance from a professional dancer at Fred Astaire Dance Studios and on April 18th, we will perform it live at the Southern Women's Show. Between now and then, I am collecting donations to benefit National Inclusion Project. Each $1 donated = 1 vote. Whoever has the most "votes" by the end of the performance on April 18th, wins the competition!
Here's how you can help me win: Please consider making a donation to help me reach my goal of $5,000. Just a small donation will go a long way in helping me meet my goal to win Dancing Like the Stars and ensure that no child sits on the sidelines.
I appreciate your help,
PS. If you are available, come cheer me on at the main event on April 18th at the Southern Women's Show.
