- The spookiest time of year is right around the corner. And to make this October especially scary, I'm joining National Inclusion Project's Face Your Fears Halloween Challenge. After all, I've always wanted to try to successfully complete/exit an escape room, but have been too scared to do so and I figured what better time!
But I need your help.
The FYF Halloween Challenge isn't just about doing something scary; it's about raising money to support NIP in their quest to make the inclusion of children with disabilities the expectation, not the exception.
If I'm going to be scared out of my wits, it HAS to be for a good cause.
Why the sudden burst of bravery? Well, I recently learned that many children with disabilities fear they will never make a friend.
Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for National Inclusion Project, and to making sure no child EVER has to feel this way.

UPDATE (10/27/19): I have done the escape room, however the group I ended up with didn’t escape in the 60 minutes we had. But it was still so awesome to cross that off of my life to do list!!!
