Every year for my birthday (November 1st) for as long as I can remember, beginning around the age of 14, I have always wanted people to donate to my favorite non-profit organization, in lieu of presents, this year is no different! I am setting out to raise money for the National Inclusion Project between October 1st and sometime during the first week of November!
The National Inclusion Project has three core beliefs that I advocate for wholeheartedly, and they are: EVERY child can participate, EVERY child can make a friend, and EVERY child can succeed. The team behind NIP work tirelessly every single day to help to ensure that no child is left on the sideline, and making inclusion the EXPECTATION, not the EXCEPTION.
